Composite Insulators
ZTT composite insulators combine a high-strength epoxy resin glass fiber core rod, an advanced silicone rubber housing formula and a labyrinth waterproof end-fitting interface, protected by 100% ultrasonic testing on the core rod. The composite insulator developed by Jiangdong Group is the only insulator in China that has passed the IEC/TR 62730:2012 tracking and erosion test (5000 h multiple stress) at the Hungarian VEIKI-VNL / DEKRA electric large laboratories.
