Vibration Dampers & Vibration Study

ZTT can supply the full solution for conductor and OPGW / OPPC vibration control — both the physical dampers (Stockbridge dampers, spacer dampers, forged aluminium-alloy eight-bundle spacer damper) and the vibration study itself. The study uses the industry-standard Tecnodin S.R.L. TIII, SPACER DISTRIBUTION and SINGLE simulation software to derive the correct damper type, count and placement for each line. A dedicated 170 m damping test line at the ZTT test centre is used to validate the results for large-span and river-crossing projects.
